The mission of the Surman Sansthan is to give a better life to the impoverished and abandoned children so that they can get nutritious food, medical aid, education, shelter, skill improvement, and link to the mainstream of society and can lead their lives with hard work and futuristic vision.

Our vision is to build a home where every member has
- Finding the families of such children who have been separated from their families for some reasons. We re-establish them into their families.
- To create awareness campaigns in the society to attract the attention of the society, towards the destitute and the abandoned children.
