The issue of poverty in India is. India had 53.5 million people living their lives in extreme poverty, which contributes to up to 4% of its total population, according to the Brookings report.
Our organization has covered so many cases where so many children are deprived of basic living standards. A few years back our, organization. We were called for help where there were nine siblings locked in a room. Their parents were poor and went away, leaving those children at their home itself. This case made us realize how much poverty affects the life of people. We adopted all of those nine siblings. They all have a mere one-year age difference from one another. We are happy to tell you this, they all are going to schools and colleges.
The problem relies on poverty, not poor people. Poverty is to be eliminated, not the poor people from the population. We are making our contribution towards it by taking all necessary and possible steps. You can do the same, join our hands and do your part.
